When are we not using them

Our hands. When are we not using them? Perhaps when we sleep. We clean, scrub twist, grab. We type on computers, buckle child car seats.. The list goes on! Our hands are constantly in use. Sure, the back deserves a massage, but the hands? Read on.
While most of us rub lotion on our hands this only takes care of the skin. Sure this helps after we wash dishes and counters, but it doesn't take care of muscles or joints. A good hand massage is great. Even when we rub lotion on our hands, we enjoy the feeling of the rubbing motion. Let me tell you first about general massage, then about hand massage. Massage is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue. What a great experience I had with my first hand massage. I continue to go frequently for different massages, but the greatest reward is that I am out of pain.
